hey folks. i got approved to purchase a ticket via ticket aid and i was told in an email that i would receive a purchase link for my ticket, but i haven't received that email. has anyone else had this issue? what is the name of the sender for the purchase link? i was supposed to receive the purchase link june 19.

Search your inbox, trash, spam and any other folder it might be in for from:burningman.org. You can't count on the address-left-of@. You can only count on from:burningman.org. Some ticketing-related communications have random-address-left-of@. Computers and all - https://radiolab.org/podcast/null.
