Lost IPhone 13 - white - grey case

Hi! I lost iPhone 13 white with a grey case, one of the camera glasses broken on the back. Only charges with a pad The screensaver either says "Ukrainian Resilience" or "Why do you want to take me to this party and breathe? I am dying to leave".
Lost it on the esplanade next to the Centre Camp on Wednesday evening
A week later it showed up on find my phone in Lost Found and then moved to Gerlach. I emailed lost and found but have not received any reply.

Would really appreciate any help!
