My phone fell out of my pocket while I was driving my golf cart somewhere near 4ish between E&F on Wednesday just before the rain came.
I checked L&F daily but it never turned up
I assume someone picked it up and forgot to turn it in- the roads were very busy around the time I lost it, and it started raining a few minutes later
