Lost: black woven leather bracelet says Hi

Look, I know this is a serious long shot, but it can’t hurt to try.
My black woven leather bracelet fell off when I was riding my bike. It has a metal clasp that has “hi” engraved on the underside. It’s one of a pair, something my partner and I share, so It’s sentimental. If, by some miracle of the universe, the person who found it happens to read this, I want them to know 2 things.
1. If it comes back to me, I will be eternally grateful.
2. If it doesn’t, I understand that’s just how this works. And I hope that when you found it and (hopefully) saw the “hi”, you immediately knew it was for you. That someone out there says Hi!
2 years ago, my partner went to BM, I didn’t. Before he left I had 2 bracelets made with “hi” engraved on them. I knew communication was going to be sketchy and I thought it would be a nice reminder of our connection. We’ve worn them ever since.
I noticed mine kept coming undone around Wed, meant to take it off and leave it in the tent, but SQUIRREL! I had a bunch of other bracelets on so I didn’t feel it when it finally fell off.
I get it! I don’t need any lectures about how you shouldn’t take things to burns that you don’t want to lose. Which is why I am at peace if it doesn’t make its way back to me.
I also understand I mooped, and I hate that.
But I had to try.
