Found my phone on lost and found website but no responses

Hi, I found my phone after the burn on the lost and found website post-burn. I went through the listed process to claim my item, but haven't heard anything back. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email either regarding my submission.
After not hearing back, I went to the general contact us page to try to get a response, from someone, or somehow escalate my situation, but didn't hear anything back there either.
I have all of the proof that the phone is mine and i'm just trying to figure out how I can find someone to talk with in order to get it back in my hands.
Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated!!!
