Lost bag with iPhone XR, Saturday after the man burned

Around 2AM after the man burned, I was at 2:00 and esplanade, when I put my bag down with some new female friends. When I returned after 5 minutes, they were gone, their bags were gone, and so was my bag. My iPhone was inside. The Lost and Found does not have this.
