Missing iPhone 17 Pro Max w/ clear One Piece phone case

Hey! I lost my iPhone early this morning after sunrise. A Mr. Rob claimed to have found it around 9:30 C and turned it in to lost and found. The phone is silver with a clear phone case with a pirate logo on the back. Please let me know how I may go about getting it back.
