I agree. Plus, you could never have things like the medivac helicopter ready at the event to ship your ass to the hospital if you do something really stupid. Plus, considering the hell raisin going on at BM, I'd rather have the low intensity law enforcement combined with the moderating effect of the BR Rangers, than no law enforcement just in case some really bad shit goes down.

And yes, it is pretty easy to do what you want and get away with it, and it's darwinian that if you're clever, you don't get busted.
