If you had the authority to write our nation's constitution from scratch, what (if anything) would you want put in it, and why? What would your dream Constitution look like?

American would be spelled correctly

I'd leave it as written, and include the first 13 amendments, and add one stating literal interpretation, no room for "intent" in a meaning......
