if it were a marriage. The event is replenishing

imagining it lasting another 25 years and

into a non-profit in order
to help take care of the employees

As far as the objections raised, this is America the great diverse melting pot and not everything out there is going to please you. The key is tolerance and understanding....and a bit of co-existance mixed in. Instead of bitching, try opening your mind a bit...and see past the perception of it being a drug infused circle jerk to the wider potential this event holds. In short...since you are posting on the LLC's funded BBS with your rants is you need to decide...are you either part of this event or not? Punch your ticket, take the ride or stand aside, quit bitching and let the rest of us enjoy the experience.
