I took all my 2015 Burn photos, as well as some from 2014, and brought them to life through the experimental use of digital photo animation.

That was so, so good. Loved it. How did you do the digital animations btw? AfterFX plugins or another way?

Thanks!
I used the 'Puppet Tool' in After Effects to manually animate every element in each photo.
Took a while but definitely makes for a unique effect.

Wow. WOW. Fantastic! I'd say the best "Burning Man video" I've ever seen. It actually captures what it's like better than any of the usual music video style clips that litter YouTube. THANK YOU for choosing something other than a techno soundtrack. The melting watch and the shifting panoramas! Just wow. REALLY enjoyed this. Nice work. This is video as art.

So I'm pretty mu he'd camped out on the couch today because in really not feeling good.

Watching tv and the show. Right This Minute comes on. Not. Really paying attention but here the words "Burning Man" and low and behold they're doing a story on your beautiful pictures... :shock: was cool to see them on the tube but the hosts they gushed about going to BM :(

They really are amazing!
