Ahem,
those were not the messages.
None of this has to do with reading blogs before asking questions, or being careful when forming questions. Those problems receive a different type of snark along the lines of "don't be lazy; do some reading."
No, this is different. This has to do with using your head to at least attempt to
understand why certain rules are in place, why rules are made in the first place (not just good faith), and why people would be pissed with certain individuals who purposely flaunt them -- prior to speaking against them. The rules are not above question -- nothing is -- however, when you demonstrate a clear lack of understanding and reasoning when arguing against them
that is a problem. It's like bitching about why there are drunk driving laws, and that it's not a big deal because we can trust in people to "do the right thing."
Also nobody was accusing you of not following these rules, so why do you keep playing the "oh I'll be a good girl" response? Or the "I'll be a naked rider" response? What do these have to do with anything?
I love burningman and will do everything I personally can to ensure that people (you lot) will get that I am not that horrible or naive
We shall see. Kudos to you for actually sticking around despite the responses, but your road will be rough if you don't stop to think before you speak.
