Did you visit us at Joycamp@7:15 & Gestalt? We had the greatest time ever, happy hour daily at 4pm, pancake breakfast on Saturday morning. We were across the street from DPW Ghetto (what a bunch of lovable misfuts) and next to Burning Bread (oh my god, sooooo good, pizza at dusk daily).

Let us know if you came by!
xoxox Matt.

I don't know if I made a formal visit but I'm sure I stopped in long enough to ask "Where the hell am I?". I was at 7:30 and Fetish. At least I wish I spent more time there as it sounds fun. It was all way too short.
Was DPW the guys with a sign that read GANGLAND? I was trying to deliver mail to Snuggletown and went too far and there was a sign that read GANGLAND and a burn barrel that had a carefully etched Pabst Blue Ribbon logo through it. (Does that violate the no commercialism thing?) There were a bunch of guys in black. They demanded beer and threw me out. I thought at the time, these guys don't seem snuggley at all!
Next year.

Sorry if I was obscure. I was at 7:30 and Fetish in Shangrila Village. I spent a fair amount of time in the area including Gestalt. Gangland would have been at 7:15 and Gestalt, more or less.
Why don't we all just sneak back out there for another week or so?

Ah, the good ole boys at DPW

Hi Gyre,
Hahahahahaha. Those DPW villains were our across the street neighbors. They had a great parking policy: you must crash into another vehicle when you park in front of their camp. So like 10 times we'd hear - "CRASH - huhuhuhu."

There was a gang of em sitting around their burn barrel when we returned to camp to fuel up around 2 or 3 am. They started heckling us - "Oh, man, those fuckin greeters, can't believe they put us next to those hippies Joycamp and Snuggletown," etc. etc.

So I grabbed a bottle of my worst tequila and ran over there and gave them all shots. That shut em up. After a few minutes they were chanting, "all hail Matt, mayor of Joycamp," and admitted they just wanted us to pay some attention to them.

Best part about those guys being neighbors - they had LOTS of tools.

Wow, thanks King, that really lifted my spirits. (I'm at work and hating it right now.) Sorry took so long to read your post, I kinda quit reading eplaya, moved to laburners.tribe.net. I'm so glad that we created a place for that nice little moment to happen! It was exactly what we intended! Joy be. Matt.
