The movie is focused on art, and Priestley's camp Children of Chaos. Each year they have a group costume theme. Much of the film is still images of art and mutant vehicles, so it reads more as a slide show with some live video and annimation. Priestly is a longtime animator, starting in the 1980s with hand-drawn work. https://www.joannapriestley.com/current-projects

The movie shows in Portland's science center original IMAX theater - steep seating holding 300 and a 61'x40' screen.
