These are one of those things that make me really, really sad I missed the burn until recently.

THAT... looked like FUN!

I was about to say just about the same thing. Makes you feel like you really missed something that will never be again... :|
Arrrggg!! Avast ye fucking fluffy bunny shirtcockers! Haul your drunken hairy fat ass out of our sight or prepare to receive a hot buttered hedgehog fired up your aft quarters!

Honey Badger don't care. Honey Badger don't give a shit!

There's a reason I like Synorgy and Dark Skies.

Being that i have only participated in the last two burns I'm blown away at what "seems' like a huge difference in freedom. Driving vehicles on the playa......... Not to knock how it is now but i can certainly understand why some of you old vets miss the way it was when it was smaller.

From the pictures it seems like they are taken before the event started, i didnt realize how much it had grown in 10 years. I would like to have been a part of it back then.

Thanks for posting a link to these photos!

I was also surprised at the smaller scale look, but hell, that was over 10 years ago!

You still can. There are other events out there.

OK, almost the end of the week and time to drink heavily. Birthday party for my friend Phil tonight. Maybe head to the firedome after.
It's going to be alright.
