I am definately making an effort to start riding my bike daily the few weeks preceding BM next year.

My regular bike has a narrow seat, my playa bike is a fat tired cruiser. It has one of those wide, spring seats. I ride a fair amount and am used to my seat, but hardly rode the playa bike. My butt was not used to this and it told me. What will I do differently next year? Prolly nothing.

I don't get it, I have never had any kind of rash or cracking skin or monkey butt or any of that, the worst thing the Playa ever did to me was a small, brief nosebleed, and that was after a half day working in whiteout conditions. I know I'm a bit of a desert rat but some of you people should maybe think about investing in a self cooling bio-suit or something if you can't deal with big bad outside world... not directing that towards anyone in particular so don't get pissy, I have found most ePlayans to be tough on the outside and really sweet on the inside, like an old Valentine's Day chocolate...

The only problem I had (and I was barefoot as much as possible) was where my backpack that I am not used to wearing rubbing my shoulders - and not in a foreplay kinda way.
