No. There was a guy named Keith camped around 6 and I that had branding iron type stamps on which he used body paint. My brother in law from the Netherlands (his virgin year) had a very interesting first day - aside from the wind, dust and rain. A young lady decided she wanted some body paint. Keith asked her where. She hiked up her dress and said she just had a Brazilian done and wanted some decoration. When she left, she was definitely decorated :-) Hans misunderstood and thought she was from Brazil. Now is definitely knows what a Brazilian is :-)
You know it's going to be a bad day when you jump out of bed and miss the floor.

I actually came to visit you a couple times but you were out. It's OK though; I scored an enema kit, sparkle pony and a beer!
so that's where Risky's enema kit ran off to.

I guess it is her fault for leaving it next to the meat&cheese tray and the ladyfinger eclairs on the table out front.

She wants it back as soon as you are done with it.
This is the type of article that requires personal delivery.

fuck me, i just remembered... the Black Rock Astonomy Club was also fucking awesome!

a campmate and i were in a very special headspace, ambling down random streets, when a couple naked guys asked us if we wanted to see jupiter's moons. sure enough, there were big ass telescopes, pointed at jupiter's moons.

totally one of those awesome little moments, that i literally just remembered out of the blue today. I wonder how many more of those will pop up in the coming weeks/months....

This year was the best of my six Burns. Amazing art, decent weather, rideable playa surface, great variety in music and, most importantly, awesome Burner girlfriend!

wow screwed that up the first time, anyway

Bullshit. Not a fraction of that shit ever happened. And even if it did no way anyone saw it all, let alone remembered it. It sucked, again, like all the years before. Cost too much, its too much work and I can't spell my name for two weeks after.

I think I remember the shuttlecraft tho

See you next fucking year

As a virgin burner just a few months ago, I remember being butt-hurt at the snarky-ness on eplaya, some in responses to my questions.

Now every post under this subject and many others crack me up. I get it now. You guys are hilarious (for the most part, of course).

And yes I am still in playa withdrawal and being on e-playa is making me somewhat depressed and nostalgic, but I'll get over it. Next year is coming. It was the time of my life, don't remember much negative. All my virgin worries were pointless!

Allow me to quote myself *cough*cough* from the top douchebag thread..
junglesmacks wrote:Maybe it was the stars in my eyes and the perma-grin plastered across my dusty face, but I was having WAY to much of a mindblowing good time to even notice any douche-isms happening around me. Never even noticed a one, or maybe it's because I didn't really care to even let those thoughts invade my brain? I dunno.
That still encapsulates my thoughts on the negativity issue.

Best. Burn. Ever. (Yeah so it was my first beer but not my first keg party..)

See you next year bigger, badder and more lit up and done to the teeeeeee than ever..

But I Had an Awesome Time. My Therapist is a bit worried though. She claims it is a fragile temporary high that will wear off leaving me despondent. Mundanes! what do they know.
