Yeah I have one of those too, but I honestly can't remember how the hell I ended up with it.

I really must stop with the swag and move on to more important projects. But it's so much fun to craft little meaningless gifts.

This is, I hope, the last swag I make. Pearler bead man and a very cool necklace of leather and glass. It's says 'Cargo Cult 2013'.

Forgot about this little gem. Was one of the tie downs for the man.

And of course! I decorated it with swag from our very own MisaBlue!

This is pretty much the only swag I have, Most swag I get I re-gift when someone asks where I got it. *Edit* Cant forget the foxfur shirt, best swag ever.

Made this out of nails from the man, I have a ziplock bag with a bunch left if anyone wants them to make something out of, I don't have any plans for the leftovers.

Maryanimal, that's a wonderful pile of swag. With all the clues you know where you got different pieces and from who. Burners are a witty lot. thanks for sharing.

Mr potatomoto, At first glance I wasn't impressed, (until I read the caption). NOW. Stop giving away all of the trinkets and gifts. If you run across something that you like, hang it on the chain. Nice job of making me jealous. Thanks.

Well I didn't make it till the day after the man burned so hanging swag off it for one day wasn't gonna work, but that is the plan for this year.

I am proud to have a piece of the green shade tent that was part of the Burning Man pavilion when it burned early. This crisp piece of history is one of my prized pieces of swag!

Just made some little fun Shrinky dinks. We had Chinese chicken salad that came in a #6 clear container. 3 inch square shrinks to 1 inch so next time I'll start a little bigger. completely colored with sharpie and a black border. Put in oven on a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper under them. Bake at 250 till they curl up and flatten back down. (A couple of minutes). Don't forget to punch a big hole first. 3 hole punches clustered would have been about right.
I still have to seal them with varathane or nail polish.

Baked the last batch last night. No, not cookies, they are polymer clay. A few even have a pinch of Playa dust mixed in.

Thanks! I love all the colors you incorporated into the ones you made. ShrinkyDinks are fun. Have you tried any of the wavy plastic #6? I'm curious what it would look like after a couple minutes in the oven.

I almost did that last night. The curved sides of the container. Hey, it's still in the trash can. It's not too late.

I was reading the latest newsletter and it had a section on artifacts. (Including swag). It said....
"On playa, we encourage you to come by the ARTery in Center Camp to drop off samples of your artifacts and gifts for our archive. We have a big red box with forms for you to fill out as well as sealed bags to store your contribution. We catalog everything post event for the archives and eventually add them to our Playa Artifacts Image Gallery."

I want to see that gallery!! And, I'm going to drop off one of my little coconut-shell men. Let's all do it and feel special by contributing.
