i'm sure the perp did not go out that night with the intent to do the damage he did but then neither do drunk drivers, but the grim reality is i just got out of surgery yesterday with 13 screws ( yeah 13) and 2 metal plates in my elbow. I have good health insurance and the prognosis for full use of the arm is good. I'm recoverying well and have loved ones help me and a goofy little dog that loves to lay by my side.
