Any numbers on arrests/BLM citations this year?

While writing up my impressions of this years festival, I searched for any numbers on arrests/citations and found only this often echoed phrase:
"Drug arrests and citations were also down, preliminary reports showed."
Has anyone learned anything more specific? I missed most of the issues of the Black Rock Gazette and I would be curious to know if any related stories appeared there.
I am particularly interested in learning about encounters with the BLM, who seem to consistantly harass people at the event. This is an insiginficent aspect of the total experience and will be treated so in my account, but it is worth knowing about so yearly statistics can be gathered.
For the record, I had a great time this year, my eighth, and enjoyed the exotic weather as well.
