Stopping at a shady spot to cool down, I noticed there wasn't much people around, but thank goodness there were 2 people chatting just a few feet away from me.
I asked for directions back to 3:30, to realize I'm waaaaaay out. We were at a cinema that showed movies like The Neverending Story.
They were camped at 3:45, and were heading back there anyway, so offered to walk there with me, even though they had their bikes.
They gave me water, a scarf for the dusty winds, and some fruit chips.
My bike was stolen the night before, and I had lost my water bottle. All I had were my sunnies, and a backpack with nothing too useful.
They were funny, cool, and made the walk back a lot more fun! I learned that they were a couple from Salt Lake City, and they were fire spinners!
We came back to their camp, and I met all their other friends that were all equally nice! (One girl DJs while she makes breakfast waffles!) I hung out with them for a good couple hours having good chats, drinking and laughing before heading back to my camp. I got to pick out my fortune stone before leaving.
I promised that I'll come back after sunset to see their fire show.... Only to forget which street they were on!
I asked around for Camp NoWhere, but nobody seemed to know about them. There were so much fire going on it was hard to spot their camp.
I wish I remembered the couple's names as well... Dammit dammit dammit!
Saying that I'm so grateful is an understatement. I hope someone from Camp NoWhere sees this, because you guys are so wonderful and beautiful.
Thank you thank thank you for helping me when I was in need. Hope to see you guys next year!
