My wife and I are nudist (whenever we get a chance) and we will be going to BM for the first time this year. We were wondering how we would be able to link up with other likeminded people in camps, and if there are camps like that.
Life is such an intricate entity, and you must handle it with the utmost sencerity and respect. Live life to the fullest because it's the only one you'll get.

Naked people can be found anywhere in Black Rock City... from the center camp, to the back streets, to the theme camps and the open playa. It's so prevalent that after a few days at Burning Man, many people stop noticing nakedness.
If anyone has a problem with you being naked, they probably would have had a problem with the hundreds of other naked people and left already. I've never been comfortable being naked in any kind of a public setting, and even I became so accustomed to it that I got naked for a while at my first burn.

Well we are going to have a good time then I believe and maybe I did need to be darned for asking that.
See we are from Atlanta and we like to party hard and we feel like this will be a great experience for us we just wanted to make sure that we were able to enjoy this party in our natural attire.

I started this and then had to quit to deal with teenage drama so this is a bit dated so I will catchup at the bottom.
As far as I know there are no nudist camps per se. I have passed by groups camped together where most of the folks were naked but they seemed more like friends who were camping together than anything else. Most of the nudist, or almost always naked at any rate, people I know and have observed camp in theme camps or villages and just carry on. This not to say that nudists don't camp solo or in small family groups, they do. The reason I know this is that in 02 I talked to a 30-40 year old naked woman and as we were talking her mom and dad showed up in the same outfit. I learned that they were camped out in the boonies away from the noise and crowding. As you wander around Burning Man you might see people naked in camp but you cannot tell if this is a regular thing or if they are going to the shower.
There is a fair amount of nuditly on the Playa, sometimes as a lifestyle choice, sometimes to show off, sometimes because it is fun and different and sometimes because it is more convienient.
