Public domain Images anyone?
I'm looking for either public domain images or images that someone holds the copyright to and doesn't mind me using/editing for our camp page. I'd like to do some neat visuals with it, but I'm not a very good or patient artist. I'm mostly looking for artsy looking, tribal, islander, elemental (earth, wind, fire, water) type images, but resource to others would be appreciated as well.

Not much here but you may find something if you follow a few of some of the artists links.

"Clip art" was originally public domain stuff (usually line drawings) that was used for newspapers and so on.
Dover has been publishing it forever, often the wierd victorian stuff like that whatsit, the German surrealist who married Peggy Googenhiem for a few months, Max Ernst used in his collages.
Is Celtic Tribal enough for you?
this one has japanese crests. egyptian god and coded hobo signs
Or you could photocopy the temporary tattoos, I suppose
I've never seen this one, but it has Easter Island statues--possibly cool.
It's comparitively cheap for a volume (~$10 for the clip art) and now they come with CD ROMs so you can do scaling and the like.
