BM hostel in Reno???

I heard there was a hostel in Reno for burners... but will it help me get to the playa? I'm flying into Reno from New York City and need a ride out to BRC. I don't have money to rent a car. I have one suitcase and will need to buy water. The rest of my stuff will already be on the playa.

My question: Where is the burner hostel and how does it work? If I'm comming in on Wed, will there be ride shares out that late in the week? Do I need to arrange a ride ahead of time? Do I need to make reservations? Does it cost anything? Is there a place for flown in burners to "hitchike" with other incomming burners on some road some where? INFO??
