Bicyle in Reno?

I read somewhere about this outfit that were selling used bicycles for between $40 and $60. But I can't find where I saw this. Anyone here have link to these folks?

I'll say again about the El Rancho Swap Meet...it's a tough place that weekend, but you might find something. It's on El Rancho which is off of Oddie. You take Oddie east from I395, turn right on El Rancho and right at the swap meet. You'll see it.
