FREE Money to BURN!

Post by accordionMan » Mon Mar 31, 2008 1:51 pm

This is a duplicate of some info that I posted in another area...

Money is a big part of the American Dream and so I just wanted to get the word out that you can download a high res file of some very cool BM $1,000,000.00 dollar bills to gift on the playa this year.

You can manipulate my art or do anything you want with it. The better the paper that it's printed on, the more the "fine engraving" will reproduce.

If you have any monetary art, why not post it here too for other folks to download.

I saw a $20 folded to show the burning towers of 911.

I saw rings made of money and a few other tricks.

By the way... these $1,000,000.00 bills are the same size as our currency so they can be folded in a similar fashion.

Glad you folks are liking the money.... If anyone else is creating currency, please post your files here.

I brought the FREE money to a woman's attention when she was looking for a "gift" idea.

She pm me to say "What good is BM monies? You can buy nothing at BM"

She wasn't kidding around... I'm still trying to get my brain around it!

And...

yep they make electric accordions... similar to electric pianos where you can create any type of instrument sounds (including drums as a background) and you don't have to squeeze... but squeezing and feeling the vibrations against your chest is part of the fun.

Mine is hooked up to an internal mike, but is acoustic... I like the expressive nature of using the bellows.

I love playing doo-wop, classic rock, hard rock, zydeco, original, Italian, Jewish, Broadway but not polkas or Lady of Spain... too cliche.

On your certificate, you list Canton MA. How in the world did you pick that town out of the air? That town is close enough for me to spit on it---and I might just do that!

When I open it in photoshop and invert it, it looks correct.

Looks cool.

Make money equal to "one fucking gift".
That will work on playa.

Did you know they used to make a $100,000 bill!

Love the line:
This certificate DOES NOT give you the right to set the man on fire.

I actually inverted it on purpose, I like it better this way
Also to avoid legal problems, b/c this is a real google stock certificate I found online

That explains the "Canton MA" it was on original stock, I will remove it before it goes to mass production

Looks nice. The only problem i forsee is printing the micro-lines. If I am not mistaken they use those microfine lines so that your average inkjet cannot print them correctly. Have you tried printing this yet and what was the result?

I just printed 10 pages on an OKI 6 color Laserjet worked good.

Intaglio printing is the only real way to get them tiny lines. basically embossing or stamping them with roller plates. Inkjets come close, laserjets are third inline as far as quality goes.

Regardless - they look cool. You matched up the pages perfectly. Trim them out and they are perfectly matched both sides as far as borders go.

thanks again.

I think photographic type copiers will do the detail.

I've tried it on photo paper and the thin lines appear... but it doesn't feel like "money". I'm going to try it on parchment paper and another paper that has fibers in it.

If you want it to feel like money, bleach a one dollar bill and print on that.
You can reuse the ink if you want to go nuts.

I'm afraid to ask but I will:

If there's a "printer in you" where does the paper come out?

And how do you load up the ink?

Dream Currency

Post by dadara » Wed May 14, 2008 12:16 am

I got my Dream Currency Bills printed and they look really cool!
50.000 Dreams.
I took a whole bunch of them back to the Netherlands,
I couldn't resist taking a photograph of the suitcase packed with all the bundles of money.
Like a scene from a B-movie, or worse.
The rest of the bills remain in the vault of Fort Dreamyourtopia.

I think they screen out senses of humor for that job.

I am wondering what will happen when I get all the Passports to the Land of Dreams printed and I bring back a whole suitcase full of those across the border.............
