Buddy pass available?
Buddy pass available?
I am in need of possibly obtaining a buddy pass from Oahu, Hawaii to San Diego. Its sooo expensive flying from hawaii to anywhere, and was hoping someone would be kind enough to spare a ticket. This will be my first burn and really hope I can make it!!
What exactly is a "buddy pass?" If it is a free airline ticket from Oahu to San Diego and you are ONLY offering a dinner...good luck with that one!
If you do make it to the mainland, what are you going to offer for a ride to BM, a tent, food, water, etc....
A buddy pass is a standby ticket that people who work for the airlines can give out to their friends and family for a highly discounted rate (sometimes between 20 - 80 bucks for a round trip ticket). I'm not asking for someone to pay my airfare, but since everything is gifted here, I'm not asking to buy either. However, I'm offering a donation and/or a steak dinner for a pass. I did not want to say I would be giving the donation because of the forum rules. Donation whether it be monetary or otherwise will be held between myself and the other party, and not on this site.
As far as once I get to San Diego and to BRC, your criticism is not welcome and further detail is not your concern.
