Looking to share moving truck/cargo van costs from San Fran

I'm coming as part of a group of 4 from NYC through San Francisco to BRC. We are planning to rent a car but need some extra space in someone's van or moving truck to get costumes and other non-essential goodies out to the playa, as we want to be able to bring plenty to gift! Our dome and shade structure supplies are going to the playa on the NYC container, but as that could potentially be held up en route, we're bringing back-up tents with us along with all of our other camping necessities. We expect that we'll be able to cram in those essential supplies into the trunk of a standard size car, but that we won't have much space left over for the rest of our fun things. A rough estimate of the space needed for our fun stuff is a few large plastic bins measuring roughly 4' x 4' x 3'.

We're hoping to caravan to the playa with whoever offers to help haul our extra stuff so we avoid the nightmare of trying to track it down later. We're more than happy to contribute to gas and rental costs, but we just don't have enough extra stuff to justify getting a rental car just for ourselves.

Since we aren't with an official theme camp, we're hoping to leave from San Francisco Sunday afternoon for a prompt arrival (and successful land grab). We are planning to leave Monday morning so we can fully experience the temple burn.

I've put this out on both official and non-official ride share boards, but since plenty of people are looking at this thread, I figure it's worth a shot.
