Sakenoma is back and placed at 9:00 and Amnesia. We serve more cold sake in 1 week than most sushi bars serve all year! I think serving cold sake on a dusty dried up prehistoric lakebed is better than any food and wine pairing experiment you could ever imagine. Somehow, the alkaline dust, which is everywhere, busies out certain taste buds, allowing the sweet receptors to process the sake's flavor. It's crisp, clear, refreshing and tastes great. Witnessing that experience, over and over, day after day, is the reason we reinvent Sakenoma each year. Come find out for yourself.

This year we're adding a sake barrel opening at 11:00 AM from Wednesday through Sunday. A sake barrel opening is a traditional purification ceremony. In short, you search your sole for areas in need of personal improvement and then drink in celebration of the changes you will make. In addition to our famous ice-cold sake, we also offer eyewear washing. So, as the tag line reads, "Leave refreshed and see the World more clearly".
