Volunteers will receive a meal pog per shift for a full hot meal at the commissary. If you work two or more you will receive a BXB T-Shirt and have the option to receive a shower pass as well (limited in number).

For the Gerlach shift, you will meet at the Bus Depot at 6:15 & J and be driven to Gerlach with the other volunteers and will return to the Depot on the last arriving Burner Express Bus at 5pm. You will be verifying that all participants on the bus have a ticket to BM in-hand, assist them with any last minute water purchases, distribute census forms, and ensure that buses are clearly marked with BXB signage before they leave Gerlach

The Depot positions will remain at the Depot at 6:15 & J for the duration of the shift. For ingress, your duties would be offloading rider luggage, guiding in buses, welcoming riders, and directing them to satellite buses or elsewhere in the city. You will work with Greeters and be their welcoming committee. During exodus, you will help load their luggage, assist with crowd control and line management, and help direct buses.

The Satellite Stop positions at 3,4:30,6,7:30, & 9:00 will assist with line management at the satellite stops and loading luggage onto the satellite bus at each stop.

Gerlach shifts 8/23-8/25 12:30 -5pm are still open.
Main depot shifts on Sat 8/30, 6:15 & J, 11am-4:30Pm are still open.
Various locations within BM on 8/31-9/1 5am-9am & 9am-1pm are still open.

Please provide your name, email address, camp location, and @ date of arrival in an email and send it to [email protected]. After you have done that, place your name on the schedule in the yellow boxes only. If a spot is taken do not write over it.
