LOST- Blue/Silver BIKE with front and rear shocks

Hi-
My bike was stolen on the night of the burn. It is shiny blue and silver. The brand name is NEXT, the model is Avalon (its from Walmart). It is called a comfort bike, sort of a cross between a mountain bike and a cruiser, with only back derailer gears -no front derailer on crankshaft.
It has front fork shocks and a spring shock in back. I installed an older black spring seat. The front handlebar stem was adjusted to its highest point.
The following are things that could have been removed from the bike when it was stolen:
I installed 3 rainbow "Hokey Spokes" on the front wheel (these are multicolored LED light wands that make patterns during movement - and nearly as expensive as the bike itself!).
I had a white basket on the handlebars. Attached to the basket was a large orange flourescent STUFFED DUCK (with spots of flourescent yellow and pink), its eyes have silver reflective star stickers on them.
