2006 Burn Night lost GT mtn bike w/ red spokes and bear

"Borrowed" burn night 2006 from the Capitol (??) art car -- black GT mtn bike with front shocks. Decorated with red hair-like yarn woven thru the spokes and derailleur; also a white bear with glowing lights taped to the handlebars. The bike is beloved -- but not as much as the bear, which belongs to a 3 yr old girl who is VERY sad to be missing it! If you've seen this bike, please let us know -- we'd love to get it back! thanks
