Black 'squashy suede' (although years of playa dust and sun has made it less squashy) with purple EL wire in the brade (although the sun's faded it to red over the years). I lost it in 2005, but my LiveJournal entry for 2003 has the photos that show it most clearly (which isn't saying much--see below).
I also lost exactly the same type of hat, only without the EL wire, at Burning Man in 1998 or 1999 or something.
