PenguinMan Lost His Camera

PenguinMan lost his camera 
He has such a bird-brain. He dropped it Friday, 7:30PM at 4:30 & Esplanade. He realized it within seconds. There, 20 feet away was the silk camera case, he was so happy, but lo and behold, no camera. He doubts whomever found it, who was very quick to leave, would actually return it, but PenguinMan is very poor, can't even afford fish to eat.
It is a small, Silver Samsung NV3
