Israeli guy who gave me shelter in the sandstorm (see pic)

Unfortunately there's not much I know about him: he lives in San Fransisco, he's a musician, he had a friend visiting him named Stephan. I believe his camp was somewhere around 7:30 B.
We shared a few hours in a sandstorm and I couldn't find him afterwards... Searched for 6 days but all in vain...
Please help me out...
