Although it was my 9th burn, I made a total newbie mistake and lost my backpack this year. I've pretty much let go of it at this point, meaning that I'm cool with never finding it again, but I figure that's about when the universe usually hands it to you, right?
It's a small black pack that zips onto a larger pack, w/ red "REI" stitching on the face. Inside were a mini mag-lite; two hunter caps with ear-flaps (one grey, one red); a small purple Nalgene bottle; my house key (!); Kiehl's lip balm; a roll of one-ply t.p.; and I can't remember what else.
I checked the Lost & Found at Playa Info a few times, but never found it. Odds are good I left it at a theme camp, but who knows? In any case, I thought I'd see if some kind person turned it in on Monday, after I left. Worth a shot
