FOUND: memento of 2004 burn

found this hanging on our mailbox at 9:30 and Gestalt this year (Reno Housewives camp). i suspect that it was found in the street by someone, and hung on our box in the hopes that the owner would find it -- it seems to me to be "too nice" to be a gift for our camp.
it's a keychain (NO KEYS) with a shrinky-dink memento of the 2004 burn and a laser pointer with a blue case. if you can identify what the image is on the shrinky-dink and tell me something special about the pointer, i'll be sure it gets back to you.
