New Burner from Sydney Australia
Hey ladies and gents, guess you can call me a BM virgin, as I plan on going in 2016. Would love to hook up with any Australian based Burners. Really hoping that I'll be able to set this trip into motion come registration time.
Re: New Burner from Sydney Australia
Welcome Whales are ass holes. I LOVE your screen name. (I just read Moby Dick.) You should be able to find some Aussie burners on line here and in your neck of the woods too. Do some research and reading on eplaya and then let us answer your questions. There's a handful of solutions to every problem so you get a variety of input. Hang-out here and join the party. Can't wait to hug you in the dust.

Welcome to ePlaya!
A good friend and long time Burner lives in Sidney, but she is not on ePlaya. I bet she's involved locally, though. And to find local Burners, you would look around on the website and find... this:
http://regionals.burningman.org/regiona ... australia/
And it is amazing how much information is on the website. Start by reading the Survival Guide and other first-timer info.
And sign up for Jack Rabbit Speaks, the e-newsletter.

Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Welcome.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.

Hey folks! I'm an Aussie from Sydney that is now living in the US. The best way to connect online with fellow Australians is through this Facebook Group. There are some fairly regular local meet ups too, especially in Sydney. Whalesareassholes if you go along to any of those events in Sydney and meet Charli, Corvus, Jeremy, Vonney or Lau please give them a hug for me!
