Greetings from Finland!

Post by virva80 » Tue Mar 01, 2016 5:29 am

Hello everyone!

I'm a 30+ girl and just found out there is a thing called Burning Man. And now I want to be part of it. :D

We're (hubby and me) planning to do a Road Trip, and this would be awesome part of it.

I thought that it could be happening on 2017.

Welcome to ePlaya! Yes, planning well ahead is necessary. Read, read, read, both here on ePlaya and on the main website. And participate in discussions here.
Burning Man has its own ethos, its own philosophies, and you will gradually discover whether this resonates with you.

As for road trip.... I drove 16,000 US Miles thru 26 states over three months in 1972. In a 1961 Rambler station-wagon. It was a wonderful experience.

Not sure if I have run into any other Finns lately, but there are certainly other Scandinavians here -- Ygmir if of Danish heritage and I was born in Norway.

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Welcome.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.
