Hey folks! I just applied to get a ticket for BM 2025! I attended way back in 2012 and had an absolute blast. I loved the art and the community. Some favorite memories: meeting a fellow burner on a connecting flight to SF who had printed out all the art that was going to be there so I got read about a lot of the pieces before arriving, waking up to the same playlist that a nearby camp was playing every morning, and enjoying the hell out of some spontaneity that emerged out of the playa. To all the newbies, overprepare and you'll have a great time. Much love to you all! See you out there hopefully!

Every year seems to bring its own special senses of wow (and weird), and from looking at the list of honoraria art grants and hearing from friends about some of the stuff they're getting up to, it's soundling like 2025 is going to be a pretty big year.
