Art Volunteer for 2026

I am ready to start planning my first trip to Burning Man in 2026.

I would love to volunteer for an art installation.
I have lots of construction experience.
I have a 3/4 ton truck and a 21ft travel trailer.
I am a retired civil engineer and retired Air Force combat engineer.

I can join a camp or go solo.

Ultimately, I plan to design and install my own art each year.

Love to chat with anyone that can give me some advice.

Welcome to ePlaya and your first year. Each year about 1/3 of burners are first time.

Do you know about https://regionals.burningman.org/? They will have social media and meetups where you can find art collaborators.

You have a great background. Each year, the temple build crew has a camp, usually prebuilds in Reno, then arrives early on playa for the build. The temple team is announced usually in January, then you can contact them to discuss joining the build in 2026.
