I'm a 36 year old single female who has heard a great deal about burning man and have had an interest for quite awhile. Nice to meet you!

welcome,
Jump on in..........I might suggest, you read and re-read the info on the main site, survival guide, first timers, guide, etc..........

ask questions here........but, be prepared for snark, especially if asking something obvious or easily read in the guides provided.........

there are a lot of us here in northern CA........

eplaya is fun, but, don't take it to seriously.......or, as a representation of the event itself.....

Welcome aboard, Arkayne!

Much can be learned by reading old threads here on the board, but it kind'a depends on your tolerance for wading thru irrelevant blather.

The Search function on the board is probably a waste of time. Many of us have given up making sense / use of it.

So consider the main web site -- the official info such as the Survival Guide -- your best resource for starters. Then dive in here with questions.

What irrelevant blather? All our blather is relevant. To what I'm not sure but it had to relevant to something. Eplayan's wouldn't just post blather for nothing.

BTW - welcome to the mad house.
You know it's going to be a bad day when you jump out of bed and miss the floor.
