Actually, there is a BLM imposed ticket cap. It was bumped up against in '08 and missed quite handily (7,000 or so) in '09. Economy, I believe. No telling what the recovery will bring. So, you may want to keep an eye out. I should go down to the hat store and buy mine, actually.
Oh, and there are going to be people who find they cannot go after buying tickets, so it's not like there's no way if they sell out.

None of my ego's tend to do any counting what-so ever when they can get away with it.
