Midwesterner BRC Virgin

Post by alaine » Sun Nov 30, 2008 8:25 pm

Hello! I'm Alexandra, Al, Alie just whatever you want to call me.. I haven't quite developed my name yet. Any helpful advice or friendly communication would be great! It's all about the love..

I just printed out the survival guide and hope to find out some information.

The last thing I want is to become a spectator of the events..

I plan on going in a small camper..

I'm fully prepared to imerse myself and experience what the playa has to offer..

Thanks all and have a great day! :)

Welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Welcome to eplaya Alaine :)

Actually, you don't "develop" your playa name, one is gifted upon you by experienced Burners. It's a superpower not to be trusted in the hands of mere noobs, global annihilation may ensue.

Now that you've printed out the guide, post it on the wall in front of your toity so that you have plenty of time to read it. Over and over. and over. and over.

Immersing yourself for the burn is completely proper, but consider using glo in the dark paint, you'll have a better chance of being see by the errant art car and drunk skipper's

Now, put on your goggles, tighten your seatbelt, keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times.

Enjoy the ride.
Excuse me Ma'am, your going to feel a small prick.

Kyle: I believe the original word was "toity"

who says it? obviously someone..

why? why not?

and instead of making me step over it you should properly plant a copy in your bed, love sac.. or between your legs.. :) (since I am the master of handling and ball busting.. I'll be handling and busting somethng right quick!)

Mine came about from a drunken "discussion" with someone camped across the street from me about my being a machinist and cnc programmer, the fella kept sayin "so yer a toolmaker, right?". I tried to tell the bloke for many hours that I only did tool and die for a few months and wasn't qualified to be called a toolmaker as of yet. After the long heated "discussion" it got out that I had actually made a tool or two in the course of machining so he let me have it for the rest of the week whenever he saw me by calling me the toolmaker guy. Funny how sometimes drunk ppl remember shit.
