Newby couldn't be more excited if I tried!!!

Post by SoulTrain » Mon May 18, 2009 1:10 am

Hello All

I'm a brand new burner - just learning all about it's awesomeness!

I'll be going over to the States from Australia in July 2009 and really want to stay on an go to my first Burning Man Fest but don't have a camp at this stage.

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!

xo Bethany

bethany, as an itty bitty pretty thing you should have no problem being adopted.

i know, thats horribly sexist, degrading, and totally wrong...

but so true.

which is why you need to come over to Root Society, we'll protect you from those awful pagan heathen hippies who just want free love and cheap drugs...

or is it cheap love and free drugs....i cant remember.

got my ticket ...

Post by SoulTrain » Tue May 26, 2009 5:36 pm

I'm wondering whether to join the couch surfing camp (I'm a new couch surfing member)?? Also I don't think I'll have camping equipment so wondering whether I should hire equipment or if there are camps that can share bedding/tents etc?

 :?:

In years past there have been some well organized theme camps with kitchens you could join for money and work. Check the themecamp list.
