Going My First Time-------48 YO too old??

Post by milford » Mon Aug 17, 2009 3:22 pm

HI,

MY name is Dan and I am from Tacoma, WA

REallly considering attending but not sure of the spectrum of people. I do not want to be perceived as an old fart attending a younger crowds event.

Thanks

Just be sure to keep your pants on while wearing a shirt, you'll be fine.

48? They're letting babies in? Dan, I'm 66 and lovin' every minute of it! We just bump to a different tempo out there.

Geez, I happen to think 48 is the perfect age for BM! And next year I will think that 49 is the perfect age for BM... etc etc etc.
A plan is what you vary from.

This week, I think 48 is the perfect age. Next week I will probably prefer 49.

Don't let age stop you, in fact, get your ass out there while you still can
Excuse me Ma'am, your going to feel a small prick.

I first attended in my 40s and realized at the burn that I had a lot of growin' up to do.

I don't think it's too early for you to go.

I know your daughter is attending. But she doesn't know you're here. So wear a disguise. And do something really creepy. Nah, just a weird fantasy...

Will the Twisting Chapel be around in 2010 (My first burn:D!)? I'd love to come and check it out, and especially meet this marvelous 101 year old Pope .
