Virgin here! Completely and totally inexperienced at every aspect of adult life. I'm hoping that this whole Burning Man thing will change that...
Time for this little guy to grow the fuck up and get a real goddamn job!

Re: Hi everybody!
Welcome. Interesting first post. Tell some more about yourself. How long have you been an adult? What are you hoping to change or improve over the next 6 weeks? What kind of job or career are you hoping for? Let's get a little creative writing going here!A-RockLeFrench wrote:Virgin here! Completely and totally inexperienced at every aspect of adult life. Creative Writing?
I am actually 24 years old, living on my own and doing a decent job of providing for myself as an aspiring duck farmer living in Northern California.. I just purchased my first ducks a few days ago! Three Muscovies to be specific, needless to say I am excited. About Ducks and Burning Man.
I am going to Burning man in search of new ideas, inspiration, new friends, music, art and most importantly to hand out compliments. Oh, and I feel like I need to express myself. I think teasing my hair and wearing zebra striped spandex pants might help... we'll see...
I Jokingly referred to myself as a virgin to all aspects of adult life because I'm expecting (hoping) to have my idea of 'adult life' redefined by the interactions I will be having with people and art. Also my interactions with extreme heat and a whole hell of a lot of sand.
Actually, the only reason I'm going is because I bought a light up gas mask for halloween last year and I needed another party to wear it to. :D

Welcome to the Eplaya!!
it looks like you are going to find the experience quite enjoyable...
As long as you have the basics covered (personal survival: food, water, shelter) just explore and encounter cool things & people.
Have you read the survival guide?? http://www.burningman.com/preparation/e ... index.html
