Hey Friends,

I am indeed a BM virgin, but can't wait to attend in 2012. I was really hoping to be able to help some people prepare for this years event around the Dallas area. Help packing or gathering materials? I can get a truck and have a muscle or two? Mutant vehicles or other theme ideas? I just want to be a part of it and meet some burners and share stories before I go.

Again, I am not going, but I want to help anyway I can.
Hope to see you all soon. I can't wait till my first burning man in 2012!

Hey and welcome! This is a great board to read read read for tips etc. I would be so lost without this group!
Check out the regional groups. Dont be discouraged if you don't get a lot of responses from them this weekend, there is a regional burn happening as we speak, so once they all get back from that you will be warmly welcomed etc. The dallas area has a facebook group too, you will get all kinds of invites to help build, train, participate from it. Makes me a bit sad I don't live closer to them sometimes.

Just do it. Plenty of time to plan and prepare. I might have a lead on a tier one ticket (cheapest) for you.
