Hi, my name is Phong. On a larf, I put my name in the hat for tickets with no expectations other than that if I scored tickets, I'd find a way to not just show up, but to participate as well.

I'm going through a period of rediscovering my creative side after many years in the trenches as a black and white, purely analytical engineer.

I'm really looking forward to letting loose and meeting creative people who have had the courage to be themselves all their lives. I'm looking to fully allow the burn to consume me and reduce me to ashes so that I may re-emerge as something else.

I daresay you will see some fascinating things, possibly be inspired in some kind of way, and yeah--meet some really amazingly creative people (for sure, that part). The Burn might not remake you, consume you, reduce you to ashes, for sure though--so maybe let go of that to prevent disappointment. Although--perhaps that's just some dormant creativity beginning to ooze through your pores already . . .
