There is a wealth of information on the main burningman.com website. Strongly suggest subscribing to the Jack Rabbit Speaks emails. Many new, traveling, flying in, food, shelter, finding a camp threads on ePlaya, and you can search using the built in search or with Google using site:eplaya.burningman.org.

Didn't mean to come across as a total newbie - yes, have been reading and re-reading the main site with great interest. Subscribed to JRS last year, when I first hoped to attend.
ePlaya is turning out to be an excellent resource, and it looks like I may have organised transport to the playa. All in less than 24hrs. Nice.

Indeed, the info's all pretty much right here. I'm trying to think of the last time we had a topic I didn't remember ever seeing before, particularly under the Preparation threads. It's pretty tough, though. We did have some valuable expansion to our diabetic threads this year; that was exciting. And a thread specifically about the storage of white gas--I think. Hehe. This means we wind up with 4 or 5 (or 8 ) threads per topic; some better than others . . .
